人工将整包桶堆放在机器缓存区，去掉打包带、包装膜后无须在人工干预。待检测到灌装机前道输送带缺桶时机器启动，系统将空桶成排顺序的推送至输送线，完成进桶工作。本机工作无须等待，稳定高产。机架、门板碳钢喷塑，接触容器台面为不锈钢材质。

The whole package of barrels is manually stacked in the machine buffer area, and no manual intervention is required after removing the packing tape and packaging film. When it is detected that the front conveyor belt of the filling machine is short of barrels, the machine starts, and the system pushes the empty barrels to the conveyor line in a row to complete the barrel feeding. The machine does not need to wait for work, stable and high yield. The rack and door panel are made of carbon steel sprayed with plastic, and the surface contacting the container is made of stainless steel.
