本项目采用液面下灌装方式，可适用于多种液体物料的灌装；需要可调节气动球阀和喷枪，在提高灌装速度，同时又能保证灌装精度；减少灌注完毕时残液的滴漏；集气罩避免灌装过程中产生的挥发性气体，有效保护操作员工。操作时，IBC桶自动输送到喷枪正下方；检测桶到位后，喷枪进入桶口内，空桶自动去皮，然后精确地双速灌装；当灌装到设定值时，灌装结束，喷枪自动提升至桶外，一个循环即告完成。
